Actualmente se encuentra vinculado a proceso y en prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El imputado y su v\u00edctima coincidieron en el lugar ya mencionado, cuando comenzaron una agresi\u00f3n a golpes. El detenido, derivado de la agresi\u00f3n provoc\u00f3 que el ofendido cayera y con ello perdiera la vida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El cuerpo fue traslado al Servicio M\u00e9dico Forense, donde se le realiz\u00f3 la necrocirug\u00eda de Ley y se determin\u00f3 como causa de muerte un traumatismo raquimedular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con estos datos de prueba y el an\u00e1lisis de las c\u00e1maras de videovigilancia, se pudo identificar al posible interviniente en el hecho delictivo. Con ello, se solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo la orden aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que se le cumpliment\u00f3 el mandato judicial, se present\u00f3 al imputado ante el Juez de Control, por lo que fue vinculado a proceso por el delito de homicidio.
