por homicidio ocurrido en Carrillo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Los hechos ocurrieron el 18 de diciembre del 2023 en la colonia Carrillo<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En prisi\u00f3n se encuentra una mujer detenida por el delito de homicidio calificado, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en los hechos ocurridos el 18 de diciembre del 2023, donde se localiz\u00f3 a un hombre sin vida al interior de un inmueble en la colonia Felipe Carrillo Puerto, municipio de Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De los primeros actos de investigaci\u00f3n que se realizaron, se estableci\u00f3 que la imputada intent\u00f3 sustraer diversas pertenencias del ofendido y que derivado de lo anterior se ocasion\u00f3 la muerte del hombre, la cual fue por asfixia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al obtener la identidad de la mujer, se solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo orden de aprehensi\u00f3n emitida por un juez de control, la cual fue cumplimentada por agentes de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, se realiz\u00f3 la audiencia inicial en la que se expusieron los datos de prueba por parte de esta Fiscal\u00eda en contra de la mujer detenida, y con los cuales la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 su vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, con medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y 3 meses de investigaci\u00f3n
