data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado logr\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona como probable autor del delito de robo calificado, tras las investigaciones realizadas por personal de esta instituci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Los hechos ocurrieron el 20 de agosto de 2024, cuando la ofendida caminaba sola sobre la calle San Isidro, a la altura de una telesecundaria en la localidad de San Miguelito, delegaci\u00f3n Santa Rosa J\u00e1uregui, municipio de Quer\u00e9taro. De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, la v\u00edctima fue abordada por el probable autor, quien portaba un arma blanca.<\/p><p>Durante el asalto, el probable autor despoj\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima de diversas pertenencias, para posteriormente darse a la fuga e ingresar a un domicilio cercano.<\/p><p>Derivado de las labores de investigaci\u00f3n, se logr\u00f3 la plena identificaci\u00f3n del probable autor, lo que permiti\u00f3 solicitar y obtener una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra.<\/p><p>Luego de dar cumplimiento a la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n correspondiente, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la audiencia inicial, en la cual el juez de control determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado, dictando como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y estableciendo un plazo de un mes para la etapa de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section
