elementor-size-default\">Vinculado a proceso probable autor de robo calificado contra taxista<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona como probable autor del delito de robo calificado, tras las investigaciones realizadas por personal de esta instituci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 2 de junio, cuando el probable interviniente, junto con otra persona, solicitaron el servicio de taxi al ofendido. Al abordar el veh\u00edculo, se dirigieron hacia la calle Lobo, esquina con calle Circuito Quer\u00e9taro, colonia Banthi, municipio de San Juan del R\u00edo.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, al llegar al destino, el imputado pidi\u00f3 al conductor que detuviera la marcha. En ese momento, sac\u00f3 un arma de fuego, con la cual amag\u00f3 a la v\u00edctima, al momento en que se apoderaba de otras pertenencias.<\/p><p>Mediante una oportuna acci\u00f3n policial, elementos de la Polic\u00eda Municipal de dicha demarcaci\u00f3n lo detuvieron en flagrancia y lo pusieron a disposici\u00f3n de esta Fiscal\u00eda.<\/p><p>Ah\u00ed, el juez determin\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso y dict\u00f3 como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, as\u00ed como un plazo de un mes para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria, en la cual se continuar\u00e1n las acciones para el esclarecimiento total del hecho.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
