elementor-size-default\">Vincula FGE a proceso a una persona por desaparici\u00f3n cometida por particulares en Pe\u00f1amiller<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona como probable autor del delito de desaparici\u00f3n cometida por particulares, tras las investigaciones realizadas por la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en la Investigaci\u00f3n de Delitos de Desaparici\u00f3n Forzada y Desaparici\u00f3n Cometida por Particulares.<\/p><p>Los hechos se reportaron cuando familiares denunciaron a inicios del a\u00f1o 2022 la no localizaci\u00f3n de un hombre, visto por \u00faltima vez el 29 de diciembre de 2021. De acuerdo con las investigaciones, la persona no localizada se encontraba interno en un centro de rehabilitaci\u00f3n ubicado en el municipio de Pe\u00f1amiller.<\/p><p>Las diligencias establecieron que la probable autora, \u201cmadrina\u201d en el sitio, habr\u00eda sacado a la v\u00edctima del centro de rehabilitaci\u00f3n con el pretexto de realizar una diligencia y posteriormente la traslad\u00f3 a un domicilio, siendo este el \u00faltimo lugar donde se tuvo conocimiento de su paradero.<\/p><p>En audiencia inicial, la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 vincular a proceso a la imputada por el delito de desaparici\u00f3n cometida por particulares e impuso como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva, estableciendo un plazo de cuatro meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p><p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado contin\u00faa realizando acciones para el esclarecimiento del hecho, manteniendo activos los protocolos de b\u00fasqueda y atenci\u00f3n para
