data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Un hombre fue vinculado a proceso por robo a casa habitaci\u00f3n, tras una investigaci\u00f3n pericial especializada que permiti\u00f3 identificarlo a trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis cient\u00edfico de indicios localizados en el lugar de los hechos. La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado logr\u00f3 que la autoridad judicial determinara prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada por el il\u00edcito ocurrido el 12 de mayo de 2025 en la comunidad de El Granjero, municipio de Tolim\u00e1n.<\/p><p>La denuncia fue presentada luego de que la v\u00edctima se percat\u00f3 de la sustracci\u00f3n de objetos en su vivienda. En el sitio, personal de esta Fiscal\u00eda realiz\u00f3 la fijaci\u00f3n y procesamiento de diversos indicios, los cuales fueron fundamentales para la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>A trav\u00e9s de t\u00e9cnicas ministeriales, policiales y periciales, se obtuvo informaci\u00f3n sobre la identidad del probable autor. El an\u00e1lisis t\u00e9cnico permiti\u00f3 establecer coincidencias entre los indicios recabados y el imputado, fortaleciendo los datos de prueba.<\/p><p>Con estos elementos, la Fiscal\u00eda solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, la cual fue cumplimentada. En audiencia inicial, el Juez de Control resolvi\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso conforme a lo solicitado por esta instituci\u00f3n, imponiendo adem\u00e1s la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y fijando un plazo de dos meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p><p>Este resultado refleja la capacidad t\u00e9cnica y cient\u00edfica de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado para esclarecer delitos mediante el uso de ciencias forenses, garantizando certeza en las investigaciones y justicia para las
