elementor-size-default\">Tres personas vinculadas a proceso por robo a comercio en Ezequiel Montes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de tres personas \u2014dos hombres y una mujer\u2014 por su probable intervenci\u00f3n en el delito de robo espec\u00edfico, cometido en agravio de una tienda ubicada en la comunidad de Villa Progreso, municipio de Ezequiel Montes.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con las investigaciones, el pasado 31 de octubre de 2025, las personas imputadas ingresaron al establecimiento simulando realizar compras. Mientras dos de ellas se dispersaban entre los pasillos, otra sali\u00f3 con un carrito lleno de mercanc\u00eda diversa.<\/p><p>Personal de esta Fiscal\u00eda, logr\u00f3 llevar a cabo las acciones ministeriales que permitieron identificar a los responsables y obtener la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n correspondiente, cumplimentada por la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito con el apoyo de la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Ezequiel Montes.<\/p><p>Uno de los imputados se encuentra relacionado con otra carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n iniciada en el Estado de M\u00e9xico, fue asegurado en Sinergia con autoridades de la Fiscal\u00eda Mexiquense y se mantiene la coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional para la continuaci\u00f3n de ambos procesos penales.<\/p><p>En audiencia inicial, el Juez de Control resolvi\u00f3 vincular a proceso a las tres personas imputadas, imponi\u00e9ndoles medidas cautelares especificas, as\u00ed como un plazo de dos meses de investigaci\u00f3n
