elementor-size-default\">FISCAL\u00cdA ESCLARECE FEMINICIDIO Y DETIENE AL PROBABLE AUTOR EN COLINAS DE SANTA CRUZ<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Quer\u00e9taro logr\u00f3 la detenci\u00f3n de \u201cBejo\u201d, por su probable autor\u00eda en el delito de feminicidio, ocurrido el pasado 23 de noviembre de 2025 en la colonia Colinas de Santa Cruz.<\/p><p>Tras recibir el reporte inicial, emitido por la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Quer\u00e9taro, esta Fiscal\u00eda activ\u00f3 de manera inmediata los protocolos especializados en perspectiva de g\u00e9nero, a trav\u00e9s de la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Feminicidios, as\u00ed mismo se dio la intervenci\u00f3n de personal pericial y policial en el lugar de los hechos.<\/p><p>Durante las primeras diligencias, se asegur\u00f3 la zona y comenzaron los trabajos periciales, ministeriales y policiales. Asimismo, se recabaron videograbaciones, entrevistas y otros datos de prueba que resultaron fundamentales para el fortalecimiento de la investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Como parte del operativo, esta Fiscal\u00eda ejecut\u00f3 un cateo en el domicilio del imputado, ubicado en la colonia Colinas de Santa Cruz, misma donde sucedieron los hechos. Adem\u00e1s se desplegaron vigilancias m\u00f3viles y fijas en puntos estrat\u00e9gicos de la colonia, lo que permiti\u00f3 ubicarlo y lograr su captura durante esta ma\u00f1ana.<\/p><p>La detenci\u00f3n fue realizada por elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito (PID), quienes llevaron a cabo las acciones de b\u00fasqueda y seguimiento, mismas que culminaron en el cumplimiento de la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n emitida por un Juez de Control del Distrito Judicial de Quer\u00e9taro. Tras su aseguramiento, se le dio lectura de derechos y fue trasladado para su puesta a disposici\u00f3n ante la autoridad judicial.<\/p><p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado mantiene en curso los dict\u00e1menes periciales, entrevistas y an\u00e1lisis de evidencia para robustecer la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y presentarla ante la autoridad competente. Se reitera el compromiso de investigar este delito con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero y garantizar justicia para la v\u00edctima y sus
