elementor-size-default\">Dos hombres en prisi\u00f3n por Robo Equiparado de Veh\u00edculo en Quer\u00e9taro<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de dos hombres, por su probable intervenci\u00f3n en el delito de Robo Equiparado de Veh\u00edculo, luego de que fueran detenidos viajando en un autom\u00f3vil con reporte de robo.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, los imputados circulaban a exceso de velocidad, cuando fuero detenidos y al no acreditar la leg\u00edtima posesi\u00f3n, se realiz\u00f3 la inspecci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo y al verificar el n\u00famero de serie, se confirmo que el autom\u00f3vil ten\u00eda reporte de robo vigente del 11 de octubre de 2025, dentro de la por lo que los imputados fueron detenidos con el apoyo de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p><p>Durante la audiencia inicial, el Juez de Control calific\u00f3 de legal la detenci\u00f3n y resolvi\u00f3 vincular a proceso a ambos imputados. Tambi\u00e9n impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, debido al riesgo procesal y peligro de sustracci\u00f3n, y otorg\u00f3 un plazo de 2 meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p><p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que ambos son reincidentes, pues cuentan con investigaciones previas por robo a transe\u00fante y robo a transe\u00fante en grado de tentativa.<br \/>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado continuar\u00e1 las investigaciones, asegurando la continuidad de los procesos penales y la aplicaci\u00f3n de medidas que garanticen el acceso a la justicia para las
