elementor-size-default\">En prisi\u00f3n representante de financiera de veh\u00edculos por  fraude gen\u00e9rico maquinado<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso del representante legal de una supesta financiera de veh\u00edculos, por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de Fraude Gen\u00e9rico Maquinado.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, la empresa operaba en Plaza Diamante, en El Pueblito, Corregidora, donde se ofrec\u00edan veh\u00edculos con entrega casi inmediata mediante supuestos planes de financiamiento. La supuesta financiera promocionaba veh\u00edculos que no exist\u00edan, utilizando im\u00e1genes descargadas de internet y nombres falsos para recibir pagos de los clientes. Las unidades nunca eran entregadas.<\/p><p>El fiscal de investigaci\u00f3n, adscrito a esta Fiscal\u00eda, recab\u00f3 entrevistas a las personas ofendidas, que permitieron establecer que la empresa no contaba con autorizaci\u00f3n para ofertar servicios de financiamiento automotriz. Con estos datos de prueba, se obtuvo autorizaci\u00f3n judicial para realizar un cateo en las instalaciones de la empresa, donde se asegur\u00f3 documentaci\u00f3n y publicidad utilizada para enga\u00f1ar a los compradores.<br \/>Asimismo, la Direcci\u00f3n de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito realiz\u00f3 an\u00e1lisis de videograbaci\u00f3n, que permitieron identificar al ahora vinculado.<\/p><p>Se llev\u00f3 a cabo la audiencia inicial tras el cumplimiento de orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, realizado por la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito. El Juez de Control resolvi\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado, impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y concedi\u00f3 un mes como plazo de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p><p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro continuar\u00e1 realizando todas las acciones de investigaci\u00f3n necesarias para el esclarecimiento de los hechos, garantizando que las responsabilidades penales se determinen y se apliquen conforme a la ley a quienes
