elementor-size-default\">En prisi\u00f3n por robo equiparado de veh\u00edculo en la colonia Desarrollo San Pablo<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de una persona por el delito de robo equiparado de veh\u00edculo, derivado de hechos ocurridos la madrugada del 2 de enero de 2026, en la colonia Desarrollo San Pablo, en el municipio de Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, el imputado circulaba a bordo de una motocicleta color negro, sin placas de circulaci\u00f3n, sobre avenida Paseo de la Constituci\u00f3n. Al detectar la falta administrativa, elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Quer\u00e9taro solicitaron una inspecci\u00f3n del veh\u00edculo, a la cual el conductor accedi\u00f3 de manera voluntaria.<\/p><p>Tras verificar el n\u00famero de serie, personal policial fue informado sobre el reporte de robo vigente con el que contaba la motocicleta, dentro de una carpeta iniciada por esta Fiscal\u00eda. El ahora vinculado fue detenido en el lugar con apoyo de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p><p>Durante la audiencia inicial, la autoridad judicial resolvi\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado, imponiendo como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada, as\u00ed como un plazo de un mes de investigaci\u00f3n
