elementor-size-default\">Sinergia cumplimenta orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de \"el Brujo\", por violaci\u00f3n equiparada <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro informa que, en coordinaci\u00f3n con la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana del municipio de Col\u00f3n, se dio cumplimiento a una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Arnulfo \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201cBrujo\u201d, por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de violaci\u00f3n equiparada.<\/p><p>La detenci\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el municipio de Col\u00f3n, Quer\u00e9taro, en cumplimiento de una orden judicial que se encontraba vigente.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con los actos de investigaci\u00f3n, el 26 de mayo de 2019 la ofendida recibi\u00f3 en su domicilio al imputado, quien presuntamente la enga\u00f1\u00f3 al manifestarle que era seguida por una persona y que su integridad se encontraba en riesgo.<\/p><p>Posteriormente, al acudir nuevamente al mismo domicilio, mediante enga\u00f1os habr\u00eda forzado a la v\u00edctima a realizar actos de naturaleza sexual.<\/p><p>Tras su detenci\u00f3n, el imputado fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad judicial correspondiente, a fin de continuar con el proceso penal en su contra conforme a lo establecido por la ley.<\/p><p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado reitera su compromiso de investigar y perseguir los delitos que atentan contra la integridad y dignidad de las personas, garantizando el acceso a la justicia para las
