elementor-size-default\">En prisi\u00f3n por robo a comercio en Santa M\u00f3nica.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada en contra de una persona por su probable autor\u00eda en el delito de robo espec\u00edfico calificado a comercio con medios violentos, tras hechos ocurridos en la colonia Santa M\u00f3nica.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, el 23 de febrero de 2026, el imputado ingres\u00f3 a una tienda, donde simul\u00f3 sacar un arma de entre sus ropas para amenazar al personal que se encontraba en el \u00e1rea de cajas, logrando apoderarse de dinero en efectivo, as\u00ed como otros articulos, para posteriormente huir del lugar.<\/p><p>Derivado de la denuncia, el personal ministerial de esta Fiscal\u00eda recab\u00f3 la entrevista correspondiente y estableci\u00f3 las circunstancias de modo, tiempo y lugar. Posteriormente, la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito realiz\u00f3 labores de investigaci\u00f3n, obteniendo videograbaciones que permitieron corroborar la din\u00e1mica de los hechos e identificar al probable autor.<\/p><p>A trav\u00e9s de labores de an\u00e1lisis, se determin\u00f3 que el imputado contaba con antecedentes en otras carpetas de investigaci\u00f3n, por lo que se realiz\u00f3 el reconocimiento de persona, lo que permiti\u00f3 solicitar y obtener una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, cumplimentada por elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito, en Sinergia con la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal de Quer\u00e9taro, ya que el imputado se encontraba previamente detenido por diversa investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>En audiencia inicial, la autoridad judicial resolvi\u00f3 vincular a proceso al imputado, imponiendo como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y estableciendo un plazo de dos meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
