elementor-size-default\">Marco Antonio \u201cN\u201d sentenciado por delitos contra los animales en Quer\u00e9taro<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo sentencia condenatoria en contra de Marco Antonio \u201cN\u201d, por su responsabilidad en el delito de maltrato animal, tras hechos ocurridos en la colonia La Esperanza, en el municipio de Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, el 15 de enero de 2025, aproximadamente, el imputado ingres\u00f3 a un domicilio ubicado en calle Ilusi\u00f3n, donde agredi\u00f3 a un canino hembra, de nombre \u201cPolainas\u201d, caus\u00e1ndole una lesi\u00f3n con un objeto punzocortante.<\/p><p>Derivado de la denuncia, se iniciaron los actos de investigaci\u00f3n que permitieron establecer la probable responsabilidad del imputado, por lo que se solicit\u00f3 y obtuvo una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, misma que fue cumplimentada el 29 de agosto de 2025 por elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito.<\/p><p>En audiencia, depuesto de que el imputado aceptara su responsabilidad tras los datos probatorios expuestos por esta Fiscal\u00eda, se autoriz\u00f3 el procedimiento abreviado, en el que el imputado fue sentenciado a: 2 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n, multa, pago de reparaci\u00f3n del da\u00f1o, 150 jornadas de medidas para mejorar la convivencia cotidiana, suspensi\u00f3n de derechos civiles y pol\u00edticos y amonestaci\u00f3n en privado.<\/p><p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado reafirma su compromiso de investigar y sancionar los actos de maltrato animal, promoviendo el respeto hacia los seres vivos y el cumplimiento de la
