elementor-size-default\">En prisi\u00f3n por robo a lugar cerrado en Col\u00f3n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso y prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada en contra de Luis Felipe \u201cN\u201d, por el delito de robo calificado a lugar cerrado, tras hechos ocurridos en el municipio de Col\u00f3n.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, el ofendido es propietario de un inmueble ubicado en la zona Centro de Col\u00f3n, el cual dej\u00f3 debidamente cerrado, posteriormente recibi\u00f3 una llamada en la que le informaban que el zagu\u00e1n y la puerta principal se encontraban abiertos. Al arribar al domicilio, observ\u00f3 que la chapa hab\u00eda sido forzada y que del interior hab\u00edan sustra\u00eddo objetos.<\/p><p>Derivado de la denuncia, la Fiscal\u00eda inici\u00f3 carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, recabando entrevistas de testigos y diversos datos de prueba. En coordinaci\u00f3n, la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito y la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Col\u00f3n, se logr\u00f3 identificar al probable autor y solicitar la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n correspondiente, misma que fue autorizada por la autoridad judicial.<\/p><p>Posteriormente, en audiencia inicial por cumplimiento de mandato judicial, la autoridad judicial resolvi\u00f3 la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por robo calificado a lugar cerrado, prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada como medida cautelar y dos meses de investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p><p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que durante diligencias ministeriales realizadas en el marco de la estrategia Sinergia por Quer\u00e9taro, en un domicilio diverso del municipio de Col\u00f3n, fueron localizados indicios relacionados con la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
