elementor-size-default\">Fiscal\u00eda investiga amenazas contra regidor del municipio de Quer\u00e9taro; hay una persona detenida<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro informa que derivado de una investigaci\u00f3n iniciada por el delito de amenazas, fue detenido Rafael \u201cN\u201d, originario de Huatusco, Veracruz, como probable interviniente.<\/p><p>La carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n se inici\u00f3 por hechos ocurridos entre el 30 de abril y el 5 de mayo de 2026, luego de que el ofendido hiciera del conocimiento de la autoridad la recepci\u00f3n de mensajes intimidatorios mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n WhatsApp, provenientes de un mismo n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico, en los que se emit\u00edan amenazas directas en su contra.<\/p><p>Posteriormente, tras la difusi\u00f3n p\u00fablica de la situaci\u00f3n en plataformas digitales, se registr\u00f3 una llamada telef\u00f3nica a las oficinas del regidor en el Centro C\u00edvico de Quer\u00e9taro, la cual fue atendida por personal adscrito a dicha oficina. Minutos m\u00e1s tarde tambi\u00e9n se recibi\u00f3 un mensaje de voz relacionado con dichas amenazas.<\/p><p>A partir de la noticia criminal, esta Fiscal\u00eda despleg\u00f3 de manera inmediata actos de investigaci\u00f3n ministerial y policial, an\u00e1lisis de informaci\u00f3n y trabajos tecnol\u00f3gicos especializados a trav\u00e9s de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito. Gracias a la capacidad tecnol\u00f3gica y de an\u00e1lisis con la que cuenta esta instituci\u00f3n, fue posible desarrollar l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n con rapidez y prontitud, logrando identificar en poco tiempo al probable interviniente, quien presuntamente utiliz\u00f3 el n\u00famero telef\u00f3nico desde el cual se realizaron las amenazas.<\/p><p>Derivado de los trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n, la persona fue detenida y puesta a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad competente, quien determinar\u00e1 su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica conforme a derecho.<\/p><p>Las investigaciones contin\u00faan para el total esclarecimiento de los hechos y para determinar si existe la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s personas relacionadas con esta conducta.<\/p><p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado reitera su compromiso de investigar y perseguir cualquier conducta que atente contra la seguridad y tranquilidad de las personas, utilizando sus capacidades ministeriales, policiales y tecnol\u00f3gicas para garantizar el acceso a la justicia y combatir la
