elementor-size-default\">En prisi\u00f3n por robo a establecimiento comercial en la colonia Sat\u00e9lite<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Alberto \u201cN\u201d por el delito de robo a lugar cerrado, derivado de hechos ocurridos en un establecimiento comercial ubicado en la colonia Sat\u00e9lite, en el municipio de Quer\u00e9taro.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, el 3 de mayo de 2026, el imputado rompi\u00f3 uno de los cristales frontales del inmueble y desplaz\u00f3 un estante de productos para ingresar al interior del negocio. Una vez dentro, se dirigi\u00f3 al \u00e1rea de cajas, donde diversa mercanc\u00eda, la cual coloc\u00f3 en una bolsa para posteriormente retirarse del lugar.<\/p><p>Como parte de la investigaci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda recab\u00f3 y analiz\u00f3 im\u00e1genes de videovigilancia que permitieron establecer la probable participaci\u00f3n del imputado en los hechos. Asimismo, mediante labores realizadas por la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito se logr\u00f3 su plena individualizaci\u00f3n, lo que permiti\u00f3 solicitar y obtener una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra.<\/p><p>En audiencia inicial, la autoridad judicial dict\u00f3 auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso por el delito de robo a lugar cerrado e impuso como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada.\u00a0<span style=\"letter-spacing: 0em;\">Asimismo, se estableci\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/span><\/p><p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado reafirma su compromiso de perseguir los delitos patrimoniales hasta obtener resoluciones judiciales que garanticen justicia para las v\u00edctimas y contribuyan a la reparaci\u00f3n integral del
