homicidio calificado ocurrido en Cadereyta<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Tras los hechos ocurridos el pasado 21 de junio en el municipio de Cadereyta de Montes, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado despleg\u00f3 una investigaci\u00f3n integral en el marco de Sinergia por Quer\u00e9taro, con apoyo de la Polic\u00eda Municipal de Cadereyta.<\/p><p>Como parte de las diligencias, personal ministerial, de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito y de Servicios Periciales realiz\u00f3 el procesamiento del lugar de intervenci\u00f3n, labores de inteligencia, an\u00e1lisis periciales y la ejecuci\u00f3n de \u00f3rdenes de cateo en tres inmuebles, acciones que permitieron robustecer la investigaci\u00f3n, obtener los mandatos judiciales correspondientes y cumplimentar las \u00f3rdenes de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de los tres probables intervinientes.<\/p><p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Gilberto \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201cEl Gilberto\u201d o \u201cEl Michoacano\u201d; Juan Antonio \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201cEl Shaggy\u201d; y Juan Carlos \u201cN\u201d, alias \u201cEl Chelas\u201d, por su probable autor\u00eda en el delito de homicidio calificado, derivado de los datos de prueba presentados por el personal ministerial ante la autoridad judicial.<\/p><p>Respecto de \u201cEl Gilberto\u201d o \u201cEl Michoacano\u201d, la autoridad judicial determin\u00f3 una clasificaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica con una agravante adicional respecto de los otros dos imputados, conforme a los elementos de prueba expuestos por esta Fiscal\u00eda durante la audiencia.<\/p><p>Asimismo, el \u00f3rgano jurisdiccional determin\u00f3 que los tres imputados permanezcan sujetos a la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada durante el desarrollo del proceso penal y concedi\u00f3 un plazo de cuatro meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p><p>Con esta resoluci\u00f3n, la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado continuar\u00e1 con el desahogo de los actos de investigaci\u00f3n correspondientes dentro del plazo concedido por la autoridad judicial, a fin de fortalecer la acusaci\u00f3n y garantizar el acceso a la
