elementor-size-default\">En prisi\u00f3n por usurpaci\u00f3n de profesiones Mar\u00eda Luisa \u201cN\u201d, conocida como \u201cla doctora de los pies diab\u00e9ticos\u201d; investigaci\u00f3n deriv\u00f3 en cateo y orden de aprehensi\u00f3n.<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Mar\u00eda Luisa \u201cN\u201d, conocida como \u201cla doctora de los pies diab\u00e9ticos\u201d por el delito de usurpaci\u00f3n de profesiones, derivado de una investigaci\u00f3n relacionada con hechos ocurridos en un consultorio ubicado sobre el Libramiento Rafael Camacho Guzm\u00e1n, en la colonia Centro, del municipio de Amealco de Bonfil.<\/p><p>La investigaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 a partir de la denuncia presentada por una persona que refiri\u00f3 haber acudido a dicho consultorio para recibir atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica. Posteriormente, al verificar la c\u00e9dula profesional utilizada por quien presuntamente se ostentaba como m\u00e9dica, se estableci\u00f3 que correspond\u00eda a otra profesionista, adem\u00e1s de que la denunciante se\u00f1al\u00f3 haber realizado pagos por los servicios recibidos y presentar afectaciones en su estado de salud tras el tratamiento prescrito.<\/p><p>Como parte de las diligencias, personal ministerial y de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito realiz\u00f3 diversos actos de investigaci\u00f3n, entre ellos la verificaci\u00f3n de la c\u00e9dula profesional, solicitudes de informaci\u00f3n a autoridades competentes y el cumplimiento de una orden de cateo en el inmueble se\u00f1alado. Durante la intervenci\u00f3n fueron aseguradas recetas m\u00e9dicas con la c\u00e9dula profesional utilizada, as\u00ed como diversos medicamentos, elementos que fueron incorporados como indicios a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Con los datos de prueba recabados, la Fiscal\u00eda obtuvo y cumpliment\u00f3 la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Mar\u00eda Luisa \u201cN\u201d, quien fue presentada ante la autoridad judicial.<\/p><p>Durante la audiencia inicial por cumplimiento de orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, tras los datos de prueba presentados por esta Fiscal\u00eda, la autoridad judicial resolvi\u00f3 vincular a proceso a la imputada por el delito de usurpaci\u00f3n de profesiones, impuso la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y concedi\u00f3 un mes para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section
