elementor-size-default\">En prisi\u00f3n y vinculado a proceso, probable coautor de secuestro calificado y robo calificado cometidos en Col\u00f3n; fue detenido mediante Sinergia Federal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef703f5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ef703f5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro obtuvo la vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso de Jorge Iv\u00e1n \u201cN\u201d, identificado en la investigaci\u00f3n como exservidor p\u00fablico federal, por los delitos de secuestro calificado agravado y robo calificado, derivados de hechos ocurridos el 12 de junio del presente a\u00f1o en el municipio de Col\u00f3n.<\/p><p>De acuerdo con la investigaci\u00f3n, un grupo de personas, entre ellas el ahora imputado, se ostentaron como personal de instituciones de seguridad y procuraci\u00f3n de justicia para simular la ejecuci\u00f3n de una diligencia de cateo y el cumplimiento de una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n, utilizando documentaci\u00f3n e insignias ap\u00f3crifas para ingresar a un establecimiento. Durante esa intervenci\u00f3n, la v\u00edctima fue privada de su libertad y fueron sustra\u00eddos diversos bienes y dinero en efectivo.<br \/>Posteriormente, la v\u00edctima fue trasladada a la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, donde las personas identificadas como probables intervinientes, presuntamente exigieron una suma millonaria a cambio de su liberaci\u00f3n.<\/p><p>Las investigaciones permitieron establecer la probable coautor\u00eda de Jorge Iv\u00e1n \u201cN\u201d, quien al momento de los hechos presuntamente se desempe\u00f1aba como servidor p\u00fablico federal, tanto en la privaci\u00f3n de la libertad de la v\u00edctima como en el robo cometido durante el operativo simulado.<\/p><p>Su detenci\u00f3n fue posible gracias a la Sinergia Federal entre la Unidad Especializada en Combate al Secuestro y la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n del Delito de esta Fiscal\u00eda, en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Gabinete de Seguridad, la Unidad de Antisecuestro y Antiextorsi\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad y Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana, la Fiscal\u00eda Especializada en Materia de Delincuencia Organizada y la Agencia de Investigaci\u00f3n Criminal, quienes cumplimentaron la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p><p>Durante la audiencia inicial, la autoridad judicial resolvi\u00f3 vincularlo a proceso, imponerle la medida cautelar de prisi\u00f3n preventiva justificada y fijar un plazo de tres meses para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p><p>Con esta resoluci\u00f3n, suman ocho las personas vinculadas a proceso por estos hechos, como resultado de las investigaciones que previamente permitieron la detenci\u00f3n de otras siete identificadas como probables
